• Why is this cart only available for Mexico?

  At this moment, our online store works in any city within Mexico. 

  Making purchases from abroad can be very costly in freight and customs, this is why we invite you to check our distributors in the US, Canada and Europe.  If you are interested in wholesale purchases (above USD 500), please check here.

• Can I buy multicolored sets?

  Yes, sets can be multicolored. You can choose among the colors in our color palette. The price will remain the same.

  Please do inscribe it as a note with your purchase order and send it by mail to xaquixe@gmail.com, specifying your name and Purchase Order number.

• What are the payment forms?
  • For international purchases, you can make payments through PayPal or Electronic Wire Transfers.
  • If you are in Oaxaca, you can come and visit our Showroom in Downtown Oaxaca, or our Workshop. Cash and major Credit Cards accepted.
  • For your online Mexico purchases, you can make payments through PayPal or Electronic Wire Transfers.
• How Fragile is Xaquixe’s glass?

  Our glass resist high temperature changes because of our process of production: you can wash them in the dishwasher or microwave them. The only exception are pitchers, which are more fragile because of the union between the handle and the vase.

  Our shipments are guaranteed by our partner shipping companies. Our packaging is performed very carefully and checked throughout all the process.

• Which are the shipping times?

  For national shipments (within Mexico), allow 3-5 days.

  For international shipments, allow 7-9 days.

  This is an expected timing. Subject to change depending on your city of residence.  Within Mexico we use either Tres Guerras transport, as well as FedEx and Transportes Carrera for Mexico city shipments. If you have an account with another shipping company, please let us know to check it.

• How can I make wholesale purchases?

• Can I visit your production facility?

  Of course!

  Our workshop is open to the public. During your visit you will be able to see our process of production as well as our sustainable processes and our gallery for direct purchases. If you are willing to visit with educational purposes or with parties of more than 6 persons, please book your visit.
